Statement
ZipX's mission is to provide customers worldwide with a secure, reliable
and cost-effective method of receiving their time-sensitive
U.S. and European origin purchases and re-forwarding them to their final destination overseas.
ZipX Outline
ZipX provides official mailing and physical street addresses in the U.S. and Europe for those customers that purchase goods in the U.S. or Europe for ultimate transport to a foreign destination. The customers benefiting from this service would be those that shop on the Internet, order from catalogs, subscribe to publications, and make purchases from overseas vendors and prefer to use a U.S. or European address to receive their purchases.

Once the shipment is received, ZipX's staff applies a bar code to the package and enters the necessary information into the ZipX database. After the record has been created customers can trace their shipment from point-of-origin to final destination. ZipX then arranges for transport for the package via the most expedient method(s), getting your shipment there in a fast, secure, and economical manner.

The ever-evolving change in the needs of our client base has led IBC to create this new and exciting by-product of the core business.
ZipX is a relatively innovative concept that allows customers worldwide to purchase goods from the U.S. and Europe and have them forwarded to their doorstep. And although the ZipX product was recently introduced, the infrastructure that secures the transportation services and provides the technology has been maturing for over twenty years. In the short time since its inception, the product has been well received and from the initial response the projections for the future look exceptional.
ZipX Technology
ZipX utilizes state-of-the-art bar code technology used industry-wide for tracking and tracing packages. The network links all offices and affiliates worldwide and offers detailed tracking information for shipments. Furthermore, the ZipX website allows users to personally track the movement of their packages from point-of-origin all the way through to final destination.
