ZipX offers a mailbox service for the receipt of magazines, catalogs, newspapers, general correspondence, credit card statements and any other form of written documentation that will not require a formal entry to be presented during the customs clearance process in the destination country. Once you have applied for your official mailing address in the United State or Europe, three types of P.O. Box rentals will be made available to you. After your membership has been approved and your P.O. Box address has been activated, you may use that address to receive any type of lawful mail.

Please be sure to remind the shipper to include your department code and P.O. Box Number clearly on all envelopes or publication covers. This will expedite sorting and keep delays to a minimum.

Junior Box

Designed for individuals that receive a minimal amount of mail. It allows for up to 3 pounds of mail per month. The monthly fee is NAFL 20.00 per month, however, please note, that invoicing is done on a quarterly basis (see rates).

Business Box

Designed for small businesses or individuals that receive a moderate amount of mail from the U.S. It allows for up to 10 pounds of mail per month. The monthly fee is NAFL 75.00, however, please note, that invoicing is done on a quarterly basis (see rates).

Executive Box

Designed for heavy users including corporations and families that receive large amounts of mail on a daily basis. It allows for up to 20 pounds of mail per month. The monthly fee is NAFL 135.00, however, please note, that invoicing is done on a quarterly basis (see rates).

All mail destined for Curaçao is collected and forwarded to Curaçao on a daily basis. Upon arrival your mail is sorted into your private Mailbox based on its department code.

Unsolicited Mail (Junk Mail)

Please be advised that when you order from a catalog or subscribe to a newspaper or magazine, the publisher may, at their discretion, sell your name and address to other catalogs, newspapers, or magazines. Subsequently, ZipX cannot control, and is not responsible for, the amount of unsolicited (junk) mail you may receive.
